Royal Rajasthan Tour

  Duration: 17 Days
  Destinations covered: Delhi – Samode – Nawalgarh – Khimsar – Jaisalmer – Jodhpur – Kumbhalgarh – Udaipu – Deogarh -   Pushkar – Jaipur – Agra – Delhi.

  Day 1: Arrival at Delhi
  Company representatives will receive you on arrival at the DELHI AIRPORT and transfer to your hotel.
  DELHI, the capital of kingdoms and empires is now a sprawling metropolis with a fascinating blend of the past and the present. It is a   perfect introduction to the composite culture of an ancient land. A window to the kaleidoscope - that is India. Overnight will be at Delhi.

  Day 2: Delhi
  Old Delhi: A sightseeing tour of Old Delhi would entail visiting the Raj Ghat - the memorial site where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated;   Jama Masjid - the largest mosque in India and the Red Fort (Monday will be closed) - once the most opulent fort and palace of the   Mughal Empire.

  New Delhi: An extensive sightseeing tour of New Delhi would include a visit to the Humayun's Tomb, the Qutub Minar, a drive along   the ceremonial avenue - Rajpath, past the imposing India Gate, Parliament House, the President's Residence and would end with a   drive through the Diplomatic Enclave. Overnight stay at Delhi.

  Day 3: Delhi-Samode (by road 292 Kms 06 hrs)
  After breakfast, proceed for Samode, the great Royal Palace of Rajasthan. At arrival check in to the hotel.

  Day 4: Samode-Nawalgarh (125 KMS 2.5 hrs)
  After breakfast drive to Nawalgarh, one of the best town of Shekhawati Region famous for some prominent painted havelies and   fresco paintings. A huge fort with colorful bazaar and numerous havelis (rich merchant mansions ) with elaborate architecture makes   it an interesting. Over Night stay at Roop Niwas.
  Day 5: Nawalgarh- Khimsar (355 Kms/7Hrs)
  After breakfast drve to Khimsar Fort, an oasis in the desert. Khimsar is a royal palace of warriors now a heritage hotel. This fort is in   between acres of lush green fields. In evening you can have a look in to the real life of rural Indian in near by villages. Over night at the   hotel.

  Day 6: Khimsar-Jaisalmer (353 Kms. 7hrs)
  After breakfast drive to Jaisalmer, enroute visit Kheechan, the interesting thing is that this is a natural sanctuary of birds, Kurja. These   migratory birds belong to Western Europe. On arrival check in to the hotel and at evening free for leisure. Over night at hotel.

  Day 7: Jaisalmer
  After breakfast, first visit to great Sonar garh fort, rising from the sand, the mega structure merges with the golden hues of the desert   ambience and the setting suns in its most colorful shades gives it a fairy tale look.Then visit to hundreds of year ago built and   amazingly designed Nathmal Ji Ki Haveli, Salim Singh Ji Ki Haveli, Patwon Ki Haveli and Tazia Tower.
  In the afternoon move to golden sand dunes of  Sam desert , take pleasure in Camel Ride sitting on the back of camel and walk in   the desert. In evening enjoy folk music with local musicians and sleep overnight in hotel.

  Day 8: Jaisalmer- Jodhpur (285kms/5hrs)
  After breakfast proceed for Jodhpur, via Osiyan visit wonderful Osiya Temple, a great temple with combination of two different cultures,   Hindu and Jain. After arrival in Jodhpur check- into the hotel.
  Afternoon city tour of Jodhpur visit to Superb Mehrangarh Fort, Perched on a 150 m high hill its sprawl is the most formidable and   magnificent fort in Rajasthan. Then visit Jaswant Thada,graceful white marble cenotaphs. In evening take a walk in the wall streets   markets (bazaars) in Clock tower market, it will be another experience for you. Over night stay at Jodhpur.

  Day 9: Jodhpur-Rankpur-Kumbhalgarh (240kms/5hrs)
  After breakfast drive to Kumbhalgarh. On the way visit another beautiful Ranakpur Jain Temples, designs of statue, carving on pillars   is also remarkable here.
  In Kumbhalgarh, you can see the 2nd longest continuous wall in the world after china. Inside you can find many picturesque and   interesting unforgettable spots. Overnight at the hotel.

  Day 10: Kumbhalgarh- Udaipur  (85 kms / 2 hrs)
  After breakfast drive to Udaipur, the beautiful lake city called as Venice of East. Visit Jagdish Temple, and in evening visit to Bagore ki   Haveli here you can enjoy the traditional Rajasthan folk dance and music program. Over night in the hotel.

  Day 11: Udaipur
  After breakfast a daylong sight seeing at City Palace, Jagdish Temple, Shilpgram,Sahelion ki Bari.In evening take enjoy of boating in   lake Pichola. In evening take a walk at lake side market and area. Over night in the hotel.

  Day 12:  Udaipur- Deogarh (125kms/2.5hrs)
  After breakfast drive to Deogarh,an ancient village in between the green Aravallis mountain ranges. Check in to the hotel Deogarh   Mahal,a great Castle with royal comfort. With its graying battlements, domes, turrets, Jharokhas and huge gateways, it is a   picturesque sight from the town below. At a height of about 2100 ft above sea level, it is cooler than surrounding Rajasthan areas.   Over night in the hotel.

  Day 13:  Deogarh-Pushkar (156kms/3hrs)
  After breakfast, drive to Pushkar, the holy city of Rajasthan. In afternoon First visit to Bramha temple, the creator
  of world, this is his only one temple in India. Then visit the holy Pushkar Lake and it’s 52 Ghats, every ghat has a   different name and every name has it’s own different stories. In evening take a walk at long market and leisure.   Overnight at hotel.

  Day 14:  Pushkar-Jaipur (145 kms,  3hrs drive)
  After breakfast drive to Jaipur. At arrival check in to the hotel and in afternoon visit City palaceLocated in the heart of the walled city.   Then visit famous wonderful Jantar Mantar (the observatory) and fantastic Wind Palace. In evening leisure and relaxed. Overnight stay   at hotel.

  Day 15:  Jaipur
  After breakfast go to Amber Fort,The Amber Fort set in picturesque and rugged hills is a fascinating blend of Hindu and Mughal   architecture. The fort is made in red sand stone and white marble. Enjoy Elephant Safari here. Then move to Jaigarh and Nahargarh   fort, this is hill side and from here you can overlook at entire Jaipur city. In evening you can visit Birla Temple this is a modern temple   very beautiful built of white marble. In evening take a walk in the walled city to spend few moments with this heritage city. Over night at   Hotel.

  Day 16:  Jaipur-Fatehpur Sikri-Agra (250 Kms/5.5 hrs drive)
  After breakfast, proceed for Agra, enroute visit Bharatpur bird sanctuary and famous Fatehpur Sikri. On arrival check in to the hotel.
  In afternoon visit Red Fort, the living palace of Mughals Emperor in India, a strong fort with lots of interesting things to see inside. Over   night at Hotel.

  Day 17:  Agra- Delhi (203 Kms 4 hrs drive)
  By the sun rises visit the world famous  “TAJ MAHAL” the seventh wonder of the world. Take you own time to explore the beauty of Taj.
  In the afternoon drive to Delhi and en route visit Sikandra  & Lord Krishna Temple in Mathura.
  On arrival check in to the hotel and leisure and relaxed. Overnight stay at hotel.

  Day 18:  Delhi – Abroad
  Breakfast at hotel. Day at leisure. Evening in-time departure transfer to IGI.
  Airport for onward journey.
